- A Strategic Advisory board of 3-4 senior enterpreneurs is proposed for strategic planning for the Association.
- This Strategic board will also suggest on national and international presence of the association.
- This Strategic Board will study and propose for formation of various committees/Divisions/Task Force related to Trade and Industry, MSME, Large and Small Industries, retailers, wholesalers and all kind of service secror covering all spectrum of economic affairs.
- As detailed above Each Division/Committee/Task Force will be headed by a Chairman, Co Chairman, Coordinator and Members of the particular specific field, who are pioneer and experts.
- Each Committee/ Division/ Task Force will make its own agenda aligned to overall objective of ARTIA and have monthly meetings on progressing on the agreed agenda.
- Strategic Advisory board will review the progress of each committee/ division/ task force and may advise on addition of some more agenda items and or requesting the members to achieve overall objective of the formation of these committee/ division/ task force.
- The Strategy Advisory Board will provide a roadmap for the working of the various committees/division/task force which will be reviewed on certain intervals.

- Foreign Dignitaries Delegation visits in India and trade and industry delegation visits abroad
- Regular State/National/International Business seminars
- Conducting seminars/exhibitions for Export promotion and interstate business promotion
- Establishing linkages with various trade and business chambers within country and abroad for bilateral information exchange.
- Establishing trade and business opportunity information compilation and dissemination throughout the world
- This task force will also submit proposal to RIICO or state Government for allotment of land for establishing the Business Club, will prepare the financial plans and arrange for the finance and business sustainability once in full operation.
